Intentional Education was built for families in the Hudson County area who want high-quality, personalized educational support for their elementary-age scholar. We serve neurodiverse and neurotypical students, families navigating the IEP and 504 process, scholars who need additional academic support, and families who simply want the best instruction available for their child. If you want premium, intentional support — you are in the right place.

We serve families primarily in Bayonne, Hoboken, Jersey City, and the greater Hudson County area. Sessions are available in person, virtually, or at a neutral location that works for your family. Before your first session we will connect to align on format, location, and logistics so everything is set up seamlessly from day one.

We specialize in elementary-age scholars, typically kindergarten through fifth grade. If your child falls outside that range and you believe Intentional Education would be a strong fit, reach out — we are always happy to have a conversation.

Absolutely. Supporting families who are navigating the IEP and 504 process is at the core of what we do. Our founder has written thousands of IEPs and 504 plans and facilitated hundreds of school meetings across New Jersey. Whether your scholar has an existing plan, is currently being evaluated, or you are just beginning to notice something that does not feel right.  We are here for every stage of that journey.

Yes. You do not need a diagnosis or a plan to work with us. Many of our families come to us simply because their scholar needs an extra layer of high-quality support — or because their gut tells them something could be better. We welcome neurodiverse and neurotypical scholars equally. Every child deserves excellent instruction.

Individualized sessions are flexible, pay-per-session appointments for families who want targeted support without a monthly commitment. The Intentional Learning Plan is our signature monthly subscription program: five sessions per month, a locked weekly recurring time slot, monthly progress updates, and a dedicated partner who works closely with your scholar and communicates with your full support village. That is exactly what the discovery call is for. It is free, it is 30 minutes, and it gives us the chance to learn about your scholar and your family's goals before recommending anything. We will never push a service that is not the right fit.  We will always tell you honestly what we think your scholar needs.

Every service at Intentional Education is priced to reflect the caliber of support your scholar receives.

Family Strategy Consultation — $200 · 60 minutes

For families navigating the IEP or 504 process. We review your documents, prepare you for meetings, and make sure you never walk into a school meeting alone.

Individualized Session — $155 · 60 minutes

One-on-one premium instruction built entirely around your scholar. The first session includes a 15-minute assessment.

Intentional Learning Plan — $650/month

Our signature subscription. Five sessions per month, a locked weekly time slot, session recaps, monthly progress updates, and direct communication with your scholar's village.

Every first paid session begins with a 15-minute assessment so we can collect real data on where your scholar is right now. We then move directly into a targeted instructional session built around what that data tells us. Within 24 hours you receive a session recap, recommended next steps, and a potential learning plan for your child.

With your permission, absolutely. We believe the most powerful support happens when everyone in your scholar's village is aligned. We will communicate with teachers, therapists, related service providers, and any other professionals supporting your child to make sure our work together is reinforced across every environment.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited. We understand that life happens, and we are always willing to have a human conversation if something comes up. Our full cancellation policy is outlined in your service agreement.
