Our signature monthly subscription program offers individualized learning plans for scholars who require consistent, dedicated support, and families seeking a partner fully invested in their child's growth across every environment where their scholar learns and lives, not just during sessions.
When you enroll in the Intentional Learning Plan, we do not just work with your child; we get to know your family. We take the time to understand your scholar's full picture, including their strengths, challenges, learning history, and the support network already in place. With your permission, we will communicate directly with teachers, related service providers, therapists, and anyone else in your scholar's village to ensure every layer of special education support is aligned and moving in the same direction.
Your scholar does not learn in a silo, and neither do we.
Each month includes five individualized 60-minute sessions, a consistent weekly time slot exclusively reserved for your scholar, session notes after every appointment, and a monthly progress update. Our tutoring services cover structured literacy, foundational math, executive functioning, and neurodiverse learner strategies, in any combination that best serves your scholar.
The Intentional Learning Plan is available virtually for all families, with a limited number of in-person spots each month for local families in the Hudson County area. This plan renews monthly, and we ask families to commit to at least two full months because consistency is the foundation of everything we build together. If we are unable to accommodate your family at this time, we will reach out personally to discuss alternative options and next steps.
We will reach out within 48 hours to schedule your introduction call, get to know your scholar, and lock in your weekly recurring time slot before your first session begins.

After enrollment, you will receive your welcome email, service agreement, and intake form. We will schedule your discovery call to align on your scholar's needs, confirm your weekly recurring time slot, and begin learning about your family and your scholar's full support village. Please share any relevant documents, such as your individualized learning plans, IEP, 504 plan, evaluations, or recent classwork, so we can effectively start building the necessary special education support before session one and ensure tailored tutoring services.
Your scholar's weekly slot is held exclusively for them, consistent, predictable, and fully prepared every time. We utilize multisensory, data-driven instruction tailored to your scholar's profile, which is continuously adjusted based on our observations. Our approach includes individualized learning plans that cater to their unique needs. We also maintain regular communication with your scholar's teachers, therapists, and other providers, with your permission, to ensure that everyone involved in providing special education support is aligned and informed about the tutoring services being offered.
Within 24 hours of every session, you will receive a recap detailing what we worked on, the progress your scholar demonstrated, and the individualized learning plans we are building toward next. On the first of each month, you will receive your monthly progress update and schedule confirmation for our tutoring services. You will always be informed about what is happening, what is working, and what comes next. Our goal is to provide you with comprehensive special education support, keeping you fully in the loop at all times.
The Intentional Learning Plan is designed to serve most families beautifully, incorporating individualized learning plans to meet various educational needs.
